It starts with a young man baking with his loving grandmother at the tender age of 14.  Orville Ross, the grandson of Josephine Ross obtained his knowledge and zest for baking by working side by side with his grandmother as she mentored him on this art, which has been practiced in his family for decades.  My first masterpiece was her amazing pound cake, which continues to be a favorite amongst customers.  My dream is to continue to honor my grandmother through the knowledge and talent she has instilled in me and the legacy of Josephine cakes.
